We collect information you provide directly to us when you request access to RSC Cloud services, including your name, work email address, and company details. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser types for security purposes.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and maintain our cloud infrastructure services, notify you about changes, and provide technical support. RSC Cloud does not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sovereignty

As a provider with nodes in Belgrade, Amsterdam, and London, we adhere to GDPR regulations and local data protection laws. You have the right to request data deletion or portability at any time.


Terms of Service

Agreement for Infrastructure Usage

1. Service Availability

RSC Cloud aims for a 99.99% uptime SLA. Maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Managed backups are performed daily, but users are responsible for their own application-level data integrity.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use RSC Cloud infrastructure for illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized scanning, DDoS attacks, or hosting prohibited content. Violation of these terms results in immediate account suspension.

3. Liability

RSC Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss beyond the scope of our standard SLA credits.
